Before Imeri, Carlos was a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton on strategy projects for large companies in Brazil and abroad. He then became a director at Grupo Abril during the company’s financial and operational turnaround. As CEO, he led the structuring of GWI Real Estate, a company focused on the development and operation of distributions parks, before joining Patria Investimentos as director in the real estate group. There, he was responsible for evaluating and executing transactions in several segments, leading the investment and management of a self-storage company from its inception to the acquisition of the largest company in the sector in Brazil. Carlos also has experience as a board member in companies such as B2W and Casa Mineira.
At Imeri, he leverages his prior experience in consulting, business management, and private equity and real estate investments to advise clients in capital raising, M&A and real estate transactions.
