Bruno is one of the founding partners of Imeri. At Imeri, he has successfully led more than 50 transactions of acquisitions, sales, fundraising with investors, debt issuances and restructurings, mergers and alliances, as well as real estate projects.
Prior to Imeri, he invested in several startups, mid-size and large companies, holding positions in the private equity team of BRZ (GP Group), Jardim Botânico Investimentos (venture capital) and Asset Management Ventures in California/USA. He also worked in public equity and public credit funds management at Araújo Fontes.
As a result, he gained knowledge and experience in company analysis, negotiation, and investor relations.
His understanding of the perspectives of investors, executives, creditors, and entrepreneurs, combined with his analytical skills, allow him to negotiate every detail of the transactions in the best interest of Imeri's clients.
Bruno is an Endeavor and Ismart mentor, holds a degree in Engineering from CEFET/MG and in Biological Sciences from UFMG, a CNPI certified by APIMEC, an LL.M in Corporate Law from IBMEC, and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
