Before joining Imeri as a partner, Magrin worked for over 20 years in the financial market – in Corporate & Investment Banking, Venture Capital, and Private Banking. In the last few years, he led Itaú BBA’s Corporate and Middle Market teams in several regions of the country. He has originated and structured over 100 strategic transactions for clients of various sizes and sectors, developing a vast background in structured debt and equity instruments, as well as team and project management.
Magrin has the ability to lead teams and various types of transactions, especially the structuring of debt instruments and fundraising. His broad view of the parties (investors, creditors, and clients) allows him to design, negotiate, and conclude projects with various levels of complexity.
He has a degree in Business Administration from UFRGS and a Master’s in Economics from the same institution.
