Before becoming a partner at Imeri, Guilherme led and completed several structured corporate investment banking transactions. He was a Director at Itaú Unibanco/Itaú BBA. Previously, he had been a Commercial Director at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, and held senior positions at Citi and Bradesco.
Guilherme has served on the board of companies in different segments such as Oil Check and Quasar Asset Management. At Imeri, he conducted and executed several structured operations, alliances and sale of companies, always bringing options to clients between debt and equity and demonstrating the benefits of each alternative.
His ability to understand the dynamics and financial situations of companies and his experience in designing alternative and efficient ways via financial and capital markets allowed him to implement sophisticated operations for companies of various sizes. He is recognized in the market as a professional capable of aligning several parties in a single negotiation.
Guilherme has a degree in Economics from UFMG, a Specialization in Marketing from Fundação João Pinheiro, a Master’s degree from FGV, and Executive Education from Columbia Business School. Guilherme is an Endeavor mentor.
