Before becoming a partner at Imeri, Christiano was a partner at FIR Capital, one of the first investment fund managers of high growth potential companies in Brazil. He was controller of an invested company, key person in one of the investment funds and responsible for advising entrepreneurs in several transactions of sale, acquisition, merger and fundraising, from beginning to end. He knows well the relationship between shareholders and executives because he had the chance to participate in the board of directors of companies such as CEMIG, ABC da Construção, and Devex Mining. He was also a member of the committee of Warehouse Investimentos. Previously, he was a banker at Santander Investment Banking and HSBC Investment Banking. Currently, he is a member of Ninho, Educational Project.
This experience, combined with the transactions he executed at Imeri, has enabled him to navigate themes such as fundraising, negotiation strategies, and to develop a broad network of relationships with investors, business owners and senior executives.
Christiano has a degree in Accounting from PUC-MG and a postgraduate degree in Finance from IBMEC.
