Lucas Krause is an Associate at Imeri, leading one of the firm's credit verticals. He has extensive experience structuring financial transactions, including fundraising and debt restructuring through capital markets and bilateral agreements with creditors. In addition to working with companies across various sectors and sizes throughout his career, Lucas has developed strong relationships with key stakeholders such as banks, investment funds, asset managers and family offices. He holds a degree in Business Administration from IBMEC-SP.
