Before joining Imeri as a partner, Magrin worked for over 20 years in the financial market – in Corporate & Investment Banking, Venture Capital, and Private Banking. In the last few years, he led Itaú BBA’s Corporate and Middle Market teams in several regions of the country. He has originated and structured over 100 strategic transactions for clients of various sizes and sectors, developing a vast background in structured debt and equity instruments, as well as team and project management.

Magrin has the ability to lead teams and various types of transactions, especially the structuring of debt instruments and fundraising. His broad view of the parties (investors, creditors, and clients) allows him to design, negotiate, and conclude projects with various levels of complexity.

He has a degree in Business Administration from UFRGS and a Master’s in Economics from the same institution.

Bruno is one of the founding partners of Imeri. At Imeri, he has successfully led more than 50 transactions of acquisitions, sales, fundraising with investors, debt issuances and restructurings, mergers and alliances, as well as real estate projects.

Prior to Imeri, he invested in several startups, mid-size and large companies, holding positions in the private equity team of BRZ (GP Group), Jardim Botânico Investimentos (venture capital) and Asset Management Ventures in California/USA. He also worked in public equity and public credit funds management at Araújo Fontes.

As a result, he gained knowledge and experience in company analysis, negotiation, and investor relations.

His understanding of the perspectives of investors, executives, creditors, and entrepreneurs, combined with his analytical skills, allow him to negotiate every detail of the transactions in the best interest of Imeri's clients.

Bruno is an Endeavor and Ismart mentor, holds a degree in Engineering from CEFET/MG and in Biological Sciences from UFMG, a CNPI certified by APIMEC, an LL.M in Corporate Law from IBMEC, and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Before Imeri, Carlos was a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton on strategy projects for large companies in Brazil and abroad. He then became a director at Grupo Abril during the company’s financial and operational turnaround. As CEO, he led the structuring of GWI Real Estate, a company focused on the development and operation of distributions parks, before joining Patria Investimentos as director in the real estate group. There, he was responsible for evaluating and executing transactions in several segments, leading the investment and management of a self-storage company from its inception to the acquisition of the largest company in the sector in Brazil. Carlos also has experience as a board member in companies such as B2W and Casa Mineira.

At Imeri, he leverages his prior experience in consulting, business management, and private equity and real estate investments to advise clients in capital raising, M&A and real estate transactions..

Carlos has a degree in Civil Engineering from UFMG and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is co-author of the book “Real Estate Private Equity in Brazil”.

Before becoming a partner at Imeri, Christiano was a partner at FIR Capital, one of the first investment fund managers of high growth potential companies in Brazil. He was controller of an invested company, key person in one of the investment funds and responsible for advising entrepreneurs in several transactions of sale, acquisition, merger and fundraising, from beginning to end. He knows well the relationship between shareholders and executives because he had the chance to participate in the board of directors of companies such as CEMIG, ABC da Construção, and Devex Mining. He was also a member of the committee of Warehouse Investimentos. Previously, he was a banker at Santander Investment Banking and HSBC Investment Banking. Currently, he is a mentor at Endeavor.

This experience, combined with the transactions he executed at Imeri, has enabled him to navigate themes such as fundraising, negotiation strategies, and to develop a broad network of relationships with investors, business owners and senior executives.

Christiano has a degree in Accounting from PUC-MG and a postgraduate degree in Finance from IBMEC.

Eduardo is an associate at Imeri, where he leads transaction execution for clients in the healthcare, technology, and agribusiness sectors, aiming at partial/total company sales, acquisitions, fundraising, and debt structuring.

Before joining Imeri, he worked for over 13 years as a consultant leading strategy and new business projects for companies from different sectors, such as Natura, Kimberly-Clark, Grupo Boticário, Oxiteno, Braskem, BASF, Aché, Votorantim, Vale, Suzano, Petrobras, CTG, Saint-Gobain, VLI Logística, among others. He was a partner and director at Inventa Consultoria and an analyst at the Instituto Inovação group.

Eduardo holds a degree in Biological Sciences and has a specialization in Financial Economics from UNICAMP. He completed an MBA at FIA and an executive education program at the London Business School. He holds respected professional designations in finance such as CFA, CAIA, and FRM.

Before becoming a partner at Imeri, Guilherme led and completed several structured corporate investment banking transactions. He was a Director at Itaú Unibanco/Itaú BBA. Previously, he had been a Commercial Director at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, and held senior positions at Citi and Bradesco.

Guilherme has served on the board of companies in different segments such as Oil Check and Quasar Asset Management. At Imeri, he conducted and executed several structured operations, alliances and sale of companies, always bringing options to clients between debt and equity and demonstrating the benefits of each alternative.

His ability to understand the dynamics and financial situations of companies and his experience in designing alternative and efficient ways via financial and capital markets allowed him to implement sophisticated operations for companies of various sizes. He is recognized in the market as a professional capable of aligning several parties in a single negotiation.

Guilherme has a degree in Economics from UFMG, a Specialization in Marketing from Fundação João Pinheiro, a Master’s degree from FGV, and Executive Education from Columbia Business School. Guilherme is an Endeavor mentor.

Luís Sandim is an associate at Imeri, where he leads transaction execution for clients across various sectors, with a focus on Logistics, Financial Services, and Industries. Before joining Imeri, Luís Sandim worked at BTG Pactual bank in the fiduciary administration area, working with the country's leading real estate investment funds and the Investment Banking division, participating in various IPOs and M&A transactions.

Luís Sandim holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UFMG, having completed part of his undergraduate studies at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT University) in Australia.

Thiago is an associate at Imeri, serving as Financial Administrative Manager. Before joining Imeri, he held strategic and trusted positions such as Financial Coordinator at Direcional Engenharia, Administrative Manager at DLM Invista (now Inter Asset), and Commercial and Controller Coordinator at SPL Engenharia.

Thiago holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Corporate Finance and Controller from FUMEC/MG.
